About Me
First and foremost I am a devoted husband and proud father to my wife, Maura and our sons, Ron and Cole. It is important to me that I treat you and your children in the exact manner that I would want my own family to be treated. I am professional and honest. I know everybody is different both physically and mentally and I will work to find the best methods and techniques to help you meet your goals.
My inspiration for my career path came from my time as a student-athlete at Stony Brook University. As a member of the men’s soccer team and also studying athletic training, I watched countless teammates and other athletes miss large parts of their season or have their college careers cut short due to injury. While assisting with their rehab process, I began to question if there was any way to help prevent injuries and keep athletes on the field. I immediately shifted my focus from traditional athletic training to exercise physiology and sports performance. I’ve spent the last 25 years learning from trusted professionals in the fields of orthopedic medicine, physical therapy, exercise physiology, athletic training and strength and conditioning. These professionals, and my experiences, have crafted my training methodology into one that elicits peak athletic performance and injury resiliency.
