Ron has worked with my son for the past few months on strength and conditioning as he continues playing baseball in HS. During the evaluation and the on-going sessions, he is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I've been training with Ron for many years. He is excellent! My strength and balance have greatly improved due to his knowledge and expertise. He always knows how far to push me (always further than I would push myself!) and the workouts are never the same.
He was instrumental in helping me recover from a torn acl without having to undergo surgery. He continually challenges me and motivates me to bring my best every week.

I can’t say enough good things about Ron. Very educated and is able to read your abilities and adjust accordingly. Very friendly, fun, and easy to schedule appointments. I have been seeing Ron for over 3 years, because no one compares! Doing personal training once a week keeps me motivated to continue my at-home workouts. If I have questions or need recommendations for my at-home workouts, Ron goes above and beyond to provide guidance.
